纳米乳的研究进展及应用The Recent Advances and Application of Nanoemulsions

摘要(Abstract):
纳米乳作为一种小粒径新型载体能够包载亲水性或疏水性物质,且稳定性高,外观良好,使用安全,所以极具研究价值和应用前景。笔者对纳米乳的类型、组成、优缺点、制备方法、特殊性质及实际应用进行综述,并详细列举了近几年具有代表性的相关研究实例,同时指出纳米乳研究及扩大生产中存在的问题,对纳米乳的发展前景进行展望。
Nanoemulsions are submicron sized carriers that can delivery both hydrophilic or and compounds. Nanoemulsions are thermodynamically stable and non toxic,with great research value and application prospect. This review emphasizes on the characteristics,preparation methods,and applications of nanoemulsions in recent years. In addition,the existing problems and application foreground of nanoemulsions are further discussed.
