摘要(Abstract)：

目的对治疗胆系感染的两种治疗方案即:环丙沙星配伍甲硝唑(A组)与头孢呋辛钠配伍甲硝唑(B组)进行药物经济学评价。方法采用回顾性调查和成本效果比分析法。结果A组治疗胆系感染疗效高,成本效果比低。结论A组为优选方案。
Objective To evaluate two therapeutic schemes for treatment of infection of biliary tract with pharmacoeconomic method.A scheme was ciprofloxacin injection and metronidazole,and B scheme was cefuroxime sodium and metronidazole.Method Cost-Effectiveness Analysis and retrospective study were adopted.Result A scheme had a higher therapeutic effects with lower costs.Conclusion A scheme is the most inexpensive one.
