摘要(Abstract)：
目的 对川芎的提取工艺进行优化。方法 以阿魏酸含量为指标,并采用正交设计的方法对川芎的提取工艺进行了筛 选。结果 用10倍量75％的乙醇在60℃时热浸提取3 h的方法提取川芎中的阿魏酸,可以获得较高的提取效率。结论 该 优化工艺阿魏酸得率较高,稳定性好,适合于工业生产。
Objective To optimize an extraction method of ferulic acid(FA) from Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. Methods Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design, and the contents of FA were measured. Results The more effective way to extract FA from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. was extracting with 10 times amount of 75% alcohol under reflux for three hours at 60 ℃. Conclusion The extraction method showed greater effects than others on the extraction efficiency of FA. It is available for industrial production.
