摘要(Abstract)：

医学护肤品介于化妆品和药品之间,是一类能修复皮肤屏障功能,辅助治疗皮肤病的护肤品,具有确切的功效和良好的安全性,已在美容皮肤学领域广泛应用。但目前国内医学护肤品使用紊乱,普遍存在过度应用、不合理应用等现象,在给消费者造成经济损失的同时,对皮肤的损害也不容忽视,因此迫切需要规范医学护肤品的应用。本共识旨在对医学护肤品的分类和临床应用范围进行系统总结,加强广大临床医师和求美者对医学护肤品应用的认识,并为临床实践提供指导。
Medical cosmetics combine cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. These products alone,or as an adjunct to pharmacological treatment,which are now widely used to repair the skin barrier function,have significant clinical efficiency and security. However,tendency of improper and excessive application of the products cause economic losses and skin damage. Thus,it is essential to standardize the application of medical cosmetics. The aim of this consensus is to summarize the classification and clinical application of medical cosmetics,to reinforce the knowledge of the products among public and clinicians,to outline the safety and regulatory guideline for clinical practice in the field.
