β受体阻滞剂治疗充血性心衰药物利用分析

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 了解 β受体阻滞剂在慢性心力衰竭 (CHF)中的使用现状 ,提高用药水平。 方法 对一年来广东省人民医院心内科、心外科的 986例CHF病例 β受体阻滞剂使用情况作横断面分析 ,依据CHF治疗指南并结合最新循证医学的证据对用药情况作客观评估。结果 美托洛尔、卡维地洛、比索洛尔分占 1～ 3位 ,其它药物很少使用。结论 反映了近几年来国内外在使用 β受体阻滞剂治疗CHF方面的新认识和新进展 ,与发达国家的CHF治疗指南比较符合 ,但在心功能失代偿的住院病人中可能存在β受体阻滞剂滥用的倾向
