PDCA药事干预模式在门诊艾滋病患者中的效果评价Effect of PDCA Pharmacy Mode on AIDS Outpatients

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探索基层医院对门诊免费使用抗病毒药物治疗的艾滋病患者进行PDCA药事干预工作模式,并对其效果进行评价。方法制定PDCA药事干预模式,并对150例在本院门诊接受免费抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者实行药事干预6个月,评价其效果。结果实施PDCA药事干预模式后,免费抗病毒药物管理实现规范化,需求计划制定合理,HIV患者服用抗病毒药物不良反应发生率由干预前的77.3%下降到干预后的60.7%(P<0.01),服药依从性由干预前的86.0%提高到干预后的96.0%(P<0.01),而对药物治疗的满意度也由干预前的90.6%提高到干预后的97.3%(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA药事干预模式有效提高了国家免费药品规范化管理,减少了药物不良反应的发生率,提高了艾滋病患者服药依从性及满意度。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of PDCA pharmacy mode for AIDS patients with free anti-viral treatment in the primary hospital. METHODS The PDCA pharmacy mode. was formulated. A total of 150 AIDS outpatients with free anti-viral treatment were selected and given pharmacy service for 6 months. Then,the effect of intervention was evaluated. RESULTS After the implementation of PDCA pharmacy mode,the management of free anti-viral treatment drugs were made standard,and the plan of demand for drugs has been formulated rational. The incidence of adverse reaction on patients using anti-viral drugs was dropped from77. 3% to 60. 7% after PDCA pharmacy mode intervention( P < 0. 01). The medication compliance of patients rose from 86. 0% before intervention to 96. 0% after intervention( P < 0. 01). And the satisfaction with medication also rose from 90. 6% before intervention to97. 3% after intervention( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION The PDCA pharmacy mode can improve the standardized management of free anti-viral treatment drugs implement,and can also reduce the adverse reaction,and improved the compliance and the satisfaction of AIDS patients.
