摘要(Abstract)：
本实验以槐花米中芦丁含量和粗品提取率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,对影响槐花米的水提取效果的各因素(药材的粉碎度、溶剂用量、提取次数、放置析晶时间)进行选择,最后筛选出的工艺稳定、可行、提取率及含量较高,有较高利用价值。
The content of effective component Rutin in Sophora Flower Bud and the extracton rate of crude were taken as factors in our experiment. The L_9(3~4) orthogonal table was employed to select the optimum extraction technique by medicinal materials’ grain size(A),soluent volume (B), extration times (C), crystallization time(D) as the four main factors, and four levels were adopted for each factor. The technique screened in our experiment is stable and reliable. The content and extraction rate of rutin is high. This technique is suitable for extensive application.
