灯盏细辛破壁饮片指纹图谱研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立灯盏细辛破壁饮片的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,分析破壁饮片成品与其中间品、原料化学成分的相关性,为灯盏细辛破壁饮片整体质量评价提供依据。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇(A)-0.3%甲酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;流速为0.6 mL·min~(-1);柱温为35℃;检测波长为335 nm。结果建立了含有13个共有特征峰的灯盏细辛破壁饮片指纹图谱。结论该方法专属性、精密度、稳定性、重复性较好,适用于灯盏细辛破壁饮片质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of ultrafine granular powder of Erigerontis Herba,and analysis the correlation between chemical composition of the raw materials,intermediates and finished product. METHODS HPLC was performed on C18column( 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with a mixture solution of methanol and 0.3% formic acid as mobile phase using a gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.6 mL·min~(-1),the column temperature was set at 35 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 335 nm. RESULTS The HPLC fingerprint of ultrafine granular powder of Erigerontis Herba was established,including 13 mutual peaks. CONCLUSION The method has satisfactory specificity,precision,stability and repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of ultrafine granular powder of Erigerontis Herba.
