摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立龙船花根药材的质量标准。方法描述龙船花根药材性状及显微鉴别特征,制订薄层色谱鉴别方法;测定5批样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物含量以制定相应项目的合理限度。结果性状及鉴别方法专属性强,5批样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物的平均值为7.6%,2.8%,0.3%及18.0%。结论研究拟定的质量标准方法简便、准确,专属性强,可用于龙船花药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Ixora chinensis Lam.Root.METHODS The characteristics of the medicinal properties and the microscopical identification were observed,the TLC identification was established.The water,total ash,acid insoluble ash and the extract of the five samples were determined.RESULTS The qualitative identification had a strong specificity.The average moisture,total ash,insoluble ash and extract was 7.6%,2.8%,0.3% and 18.0%,respectively.CONCLUSION The established method is practical,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Ixora chinensis Lam.Root.
