摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨临床药师在CKD5期透析合并高尿酸血症患者临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法通过查阅文献、指南,结合患者的病情特点,在降尿酸治疗时机,药物选择、药物不良反应处理、肾脏替代治疗对尿酸的清除特点等方面对案例进行分析。结果患者的皮疹由非布司他所致,临床药师建议医生及时停药并调整治疗方案。结论临床药师参与临床治疗,可协助医生提高药物治疗水平及保障患者的用药安全。
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with CKD5 D and hyperuricemia. METHODS Analyzed the case in terms of the time of treatment for uric acid reduction,drug selection,adverse drug reaction management and renal replacement therapy by reviewing literature,medication history and patient's condition. RESULTS Dermatitis in this case was induced by concurrent use of febuxostat. The clinical pharmacist advised the doctor to stop the drug and adjust the treatment regimes. CONCLUSION The participation of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment could help doctors improve the level of drug treatment and ensure the medication safety.
