摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究用UV测定积雪草总苷含量的可行性。方法UV测定,检测波长276 nm。结果积雪草总苷浓度在5~20μg/m l范围内与吸收度呈线性关系(r=0.9989)。方法回收率为102.15%,RSD为1.41%。结论该方法简便、灵敏准确,可用于积雪草总苷的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of asiaticosides.Method A UV-spectrophotography method was established for the determination of asiaticosides at wavelength 276 nm.Result The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 5 to 20 μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9989).The average recovery was 102.15% and RSD was 1.41%.Conclusion The method is simple,precise and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of asiaticosides.
