摘要(Abstract):

目的建立测定心灵丸中三七皂苷R1含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent Hypersil ODS(5μm,4.0mm×250mm)色谱柱,流动相A-乙腈,B-水,梯度洗脱(0min:19%A→12min:19%A→60min:36%A);流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:203nm。结果三七皂苷R1在8.304~249.120g/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.2%。结论本法简便准确,可用于控制该制剂质量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Notoginsenoside R1 in Xinling pills. Methods The analysis was performed on a Agilent Hypersil ODS, using the mixture of acetonitrile (A) and water (B) as the mobile phase. Elution was performed using a gradient mode (0 min: 19% A→12 min: 19% A→60 min: 36% A), and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/ min. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results There was good linearity in the range of 8.304~249.120 g/ml for Notoginsenoside R1, r=0.9998. The average recovery and RSD were 99.5% and 1.2% for Notoginsenoside R1. Conclusion This method is simple and reliable for the quality control of Xinling pills.
