摘要(Abstract)：
目的建立HPLC测定紫茶颗粒中矮地茶药材所含岩白菜素的含量测定方法。方法色谱条件:Hypersil ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温为30℃;流动相为甲醇-水(20∶80);流速为1.0 m l.m in-1;检测波长为275 nm。结果岩白菜素的线性范围为0.06~0.6μg,平均回收率为99.99%RSD=0.67%(n=6)。结论本法处理简单,重复性好,结果准确,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective To establish a determination method the content of Bergenin in Zicha granule by HPLC.Method The separation was performed on Hypersil ODS C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was carbinol-water(20∶80) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min~(-1).The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 275 nm.Results The linear range of Bergenin was 0.06~0.6 μg,the arerage recovery was 99.99% and RSD 0.67%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,reproducible,and can be used for quality control of zicha granule.
