摘要(Abstract):

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿七星茶颗粒中甘草酸含量的不确定度评定方法,找出影响不确定度的因素。方法根据检验过程,建立数学模型,分析影响测量不确定度因素来源,通过量化分析,得出扩展不确定度。结果本实验的扩展不确定度为U=0.02 mg/袋(k=2)。结论高效液相色谱法测定小儿七星茶颗粒中甘草酸含量的不确定度主要由对照品称量、稀释和测得的色谱峰面积引入。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of content uncertainty of Glycyrrhizic acid in xiao'er Qixingcha granule,and to identify the factors that affected its uncertainty. METHODS According to the detection process,a mathematical model was established to analyze the factors affect the uncertainty of Glycyrrhizic acid. RESULTS The expanded measurement uncertainty was U = 0. 02 mg / bag( k = 2). CONCLUSION Determination of content uncertainty of Glycyrrhizic acid in xiao'er Qixingcha granule by HPLC is mainly gained by weighing and diluting of the reference standard and measuring chromatographic peak area.
