气相色谱法测定薄荷喉片中的桉油精、三氯叔丁醇、薄荷脑和八角茴香油的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立气相色谱法测定薄荷喉片中的桉油精、三氯叔丁醇、薄荷脑和八角茴香油的含量方法。方法采用聚乙二醇-20M为固定液的石英毛细管柱(HP-INNOWAX),程序升温,进样口温度200℃,火焰离子检测器温度250℃,氮气流速1.6 mL·min~(-1),进样量1μL。结果在该色谱条件下,桉油精、三氯叔丁醇、薄荷脑和八角茴香油分别在4.264~106.6、10.304~257.6、21.44~536.0、16.08~402.0μg·mL~(-1)的范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为95.90%,98.38%,99.37%,97.21%(n=6,RSD为2.60%,0.97%,0.92%,1.87%)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于薄荷喉片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To established a GC method for simultaneous determination for cineol, chlorobutanol, menthol, star anise oil in Bohehou tablet. METHODS The GC system was consisted of silica capillary column with PEG-20 M as the stationary phase(HP-INNOWAX), programmed heating method. The temperature of the inlet was set at 200 ℃ and that of FID was reached at 250 ℃, The flow rate of nitrogen was 1.6 mL·min~(-1).The sample injection volume was 1 μL. RESULTS Under these conditions, the linear rang of cineol, chlorobutanol, menthol and star anise oil were 4.264-106.6, 10.304-257.6, 21.44-536.0, 16.08-402.0 μg·mL~(-1), respectively with good correlation. The average recoveries of cineol, chlorobutanol, menthol, star anise oil were 95.90%, 98.38%,99.37%,97.21%(n=6,RSD=2.60%,0.97%,0.92%,1.87%). CONCLUSION The method is efficient and accurate with a good reproduction and can be used for the quality control of Bohehou Tablet.
