摘要(Abstract)：

目的了解门诊用药咨询情况,促进合理用药,提高药师专业素质和形象。方法对2007年623例次门诊用药咨询的情况进行回顾性分析。结果药品用法用量咨询占20.71%,药品信息咨询占29.53%,药品不良反应咨询占3.05%。结论开展用药咨询有助医药患三者沟通,提高药学服务质量和药师素质,保证用药安全有效。
Objective To investigate the situation of medication consultation in our hospital,so as to promote the rational drug usage.Methods A total of 623 cases of out-patient medication consultation of our hospital in 2007 were classified and analyzed.Results The usage and dosage direction,information and adverse reaction count for 20.71%,29.53%,and 3.05% of the total consultation information,respectively.Conclusion Performance of medication consultation will help to improve pharmacy service quality and the quality of pharmacists,and can ensure the safe and effective medication.
