摘要(Abstract)：

目的了解门诊患者对药品说明书的认知及关注的程度。方法根据《中华人民共和国药品管理法》、《药品注册管理办法》、《药品包装、标签、说明书管理规定》设置问卷项目,采用针对性抽样方法,对门诊患者中的不同人群进行问卷调查。结果约5%的患者基本不看说明书;超过一半的门诊患者对药品说明书内容中的名称、药物相互作用、药物过量、药理毒理、药代动力学、批准文号不关注;一半以上的患者对说明书内容中的成份、用法用量、不良反应等虽关注,却不能理解。结论临床医师及医院药师应仔细研读药品说明书,指导患者用药,确保患者用药安全。
Objective To investigate the outpatients′ congnition and their concern degree about the medicine instructions.Methods The questionnaire was set up according to "Drug administration law of the People′s Republic of China","Provisions for Drug Registration","Provisions for Drug Packaging,Label and Instruction".The sample method was adopted to carry out this questionnaire on different ages of outpatients.Results About 5% of the outpatients didn't read the instructions,over half of the outpatients pay no attention to the names of the drugs,pharmaceutical interaction,over dosage,drug toxicology,pharmaceutical dynamics and approval number mentioned in the instruction.Although more than half of patients take notice of component specification,usage,dosage,adverse drug reactions,they can understand them.Conclusion Clinical doctors and hospital pharmacists must carefully read the drug instructions and guide the outpatients to take the medicine correctly,so as to guarantee drug application safety of patients.
