青黄软膏质量标准研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立青黄软膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别处方中的青黛、黄柏;高效液相色谱法测定靛玉红的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰。靛玉红在1.00~100.20μg·mL~(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(n=6,r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.3%(n=9)。结论该方法稳定、重现性好、专属性强,可用于青黄软膏的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards of Qinghuang ointment. METHODS The Indigo Naturalis,Phellodendri Chinens is Cortex were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography( TLC).The indirubin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). RESULTS The spots of the TLC were clear,reproducible and negative control without interference. Indirubin had a good linearity in the range of 1. 00 to 100. 20 μg·m L~(-1)( n = 6,r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was99.4%,and RSD was 1.3%( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is stable,reproducible and specificity,and it can be used for the quality control of Qinghuang ointment.
