摘要(Abstract)：

目的 了解抗结核药物不良反应的发生情况,探讨药物不良反应对肺结核病人坚持全程规律治疗的影响。方法 对我院第一门诊部督导化疗室管辖的越秀、荔湾两个老城区1993～2001年登记的初治涂阳肺结核患者2058例中出现药物不良反应的380例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 1.在出现药物不良反应的380例中,以位听神经损害、皮疹、肝损害为主,占药物不良反应发生病例的91.6％。2.因药物不良反应中断治疗44例,占有药物不良反应病例的11.6％,是无药物不良反应病例中中断治疗病例的3.1倍。其中,肝损害是病人中断治疗的主要因素。结论 抗结核药物引起的不良反应是影响肺结核病人坚持全程规律治疗的主要因素,应引起临床医务人员的高度重视,及时给予积极的处理。
Objective To understand the occurrence of the ill reactions of anti - tuberculosis medicines and Find out the influence of these ill reactions on the insistence of all-period regular treatment of the patients. Methods 2 058 cases of preliminary treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in the Yuexiu district and the Liwan district of Guangzhou were managed by the No. 1 clinic of our hospital from 1993 to 2001. This essay is going to have a retrospective analysis on the 380 cases which have been found to have medical ill reactions. Results 1. 380 patients who were suffered from medical ill reactions, the main ill reactions were auditory nerve impair, rash and liver impair, occupying 91. 6% . 2. 44 treatments were broke off because of medical ill reactions (11. 6% of the ill reactions cases) , which is 3. 1 times than that of the break-off cases of the non-medical reaction group. Among the commonly seen ill reactions of anti-tuberculosis medicines, liver impair is the main factor that forced the patient to break off the treatment. Conclusion The ill reactions caused by anti-tuberculosis medicines are the main factors that influence the patients to insist on the all-period regular treatment. It should then be taken into consideration by the doctors and dealt with positively and promptly.
