摘要(Abstract):
目的建立灵丹多糖胶囊中丹酚酸B含量的高效液相色谱法分析方法。方法采用Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;0.2%磷酸溶液-乙腈(77∶23)为流动相;流速为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为286 nm;柱温为25℃。结果丹酚酸B浓度在0.556~2.78μg/m L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.34%,RSD为0.58%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便、结果准确、重复性良好,可作为灵丹多糖胶囊的含量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method for Salvianolic acid B in Lingdanduotang capsules by HPLC.METHODS The Agilent HC-C18( 4.6 mm x 250 mm,5 μm) was used as the column; 0.1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile( 77 ∶23) was used as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min; the detection wavelength was 286 nm; and the temperature was 25℃.RESULTS The sample volume of Salvianolic acid B was linear in the range of 0. 556- 2. 78 μg / m L,the average recovery was99. 34% and RSD was 0. 58%( n = 6). CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick and accurate,and it can be used for the determination of Salvianolic acid B in Lingdanduotang capsules.
