摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究不同剂量阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死(AM I)患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法急性心肌梗死患者60例采用随机的原则分为3组,一组为A组(阿托伐他汀10 mg qd,n=20),一组为B组(阿托伐他汀20 mg qd,n=20),另外一组为C组(阿托伐他汀40 mg qd,n=20),治疗前和治疗8周后分别测血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)以及空腹胰岛素(FINS),并计算出胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)。结果所有急性心肌梗死患者治疗8周后与治疗前比较,胰岛素敏感性指数均有改善(P<0.05),且C组>B组>A组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可改善急性心肌梗死患者胰岛素抵抗,改善程度与剂量呈依赖性。
Objective To study the influence of various dose of Atorvastatin on insulin resistance(IR) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The levels of fasting serum lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDLC),fasting blood glucose(FBG) and fasting blood insulin(FINS) were determined in 60 cases of AMI.Then,60 cases of AMI were divided into three groups by using a randomized method,A group(Atorvastatin 10 mg·d~(-1),n=20),B group(Atorvastatin 20 mg·d~(-1),n=20) and C group(Atorvastatin 40 mg·d~(-1),n=20).After a treatment of 8 weeks for all groups,the above indices were determined again.Results After The treatment,the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was significantly increased in all groups(P<0.05),especially in C group after 8 weeks' treatment of varous doses of Atorvastatin.Conclusion Atorvastatin can dose-dependently improve the IR of patients with AMI.
