摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立脑栓通胶囊中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法采用稀乙醇超声提取,高效液相色谱法测定;色谱柱为Phenomenex Gemini C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸(3∶97),检测波长为220 nm。结果天麻素在0.042 05~8.41μg检测范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7;经低、中、高各3个水平的准确度考察,平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD=0.9%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、准确,可用于脑栓通胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of gastrodin in Naoshuantong capsules by HPLC.METHODS After being extracted by dilution ethanol,the sample was separated on a Phenomenex Gemini C18column( 250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0. 05% phosphate( 3 ∶ 97). The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm.RESULTS The determination of gastrodin had good linear relationship in the range of 0.042 05-8.41 μg( r = 0.999 7); the average recoveries of gastrodin at 3 concentration levels were 98. 5%,RSD = 0. 9%( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method was simple,and highly accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Naoshuantong capsules.
