摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立旋光法测定舒巴坦钠含量的方法。方法以水为溶剂,运用旋光法对舒巴坦钠进行含量测定。结果舒巴坦钠浓度在1~25mg/ml范围内与其旋光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程:C=4.0397a-0.0402,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.7%,RSD为0.8%(n=5)。结论本法简便易行,结果准确,可作为该原料的质控方法。
Objective To establish an accurate method for the determination of the content of Sulbactam sodium. Methods Polarimetry analysis was used; Solvent: water. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 1 ~ 25 mg/ml. The regression equation was:C=4.0397a-0.0402, r=0.9999. The average recovery rate was 99.7% with RSD of 0.75%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Sulbactam sodium.
