GC-MS对松叶脂溶性化学成分的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的用气相色谱-质谱法对松叶脂溶性化学成分进行研究。方法采用乙醚提取后经甲酯化,然后经毛细管色谱柱进行分离,用归一化法计算含量。结果共鉴定出51个成分,占总成分的93%,主要成分为山牵牛醇、丁香烯、α-丁香烯、α-蒎烯等萜类化合物,此外还含有亚麻酸、棕榈酸等脂肪酸。结论本法可靠,为松叶植物资源的开发利用奠定基础。
Objective Components in aether of the leaf of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.were analyzed by GC-MS.Methods The components were extracted by aether,and then were prepared into methyl ester,then separated by capillary by GC chromatography.The amount of component from the leaf of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.were determined by normalization methods.Result There are 51 ingredients from the leaf of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.that compose of 93% of the totle ingredients.The major components were terpenoid such as the thunbergol、 Caryophyllene、alpha-Caryophyllene、 alpha-Pinene,other components were fatty acid such as Linolenic acid and Heaadecanoic acid.Conclusion The method is reliable,and can be used for quality assessment of leaf of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.
