摘要(Abstract):
目的 建立板蓝根颗粒的HPLC定量分析方法。方法 以ODS C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm。10 μm)为分析柱,乙腈-水(6:94)为流动相,260 nm为测定波长,测定了板蓝根颗粒中腺苷的含量。结果 在此色谱条件下腺苷同其它成分达到了最佳的基线分离,平均回收率为98%;运用该法测定了不同厂家的板蓝根颗粒中腺苷的含量。结论 首次建立了板蓝根颗粒中核苷的HPLC分析方法,该法重复性好、准确性高,适宜于板蓝根颗粒的质量控制,为板蓝根颗粒的内在质量评价提供了一个准确的定量方法;通过分析,发现不同厂家的板蓝根颗粒中腺苷的含量差异较大。
Objective To develop a simple determination method for the accurate quality control of Banlangen (Isatis indigotica Fort. ) granule. Method Eluted with acetonitrile-water (6 : 94) in a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, adenosine was analyzed under the wavelength of 260 nm in a ODS C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 10 μm). Results Adenosine was well separated with other constituents. The recovery of the assay was 98% , and the content of adenosine in Banlangen granule from different company was determined. Conclusion It was the first time to have been revealed the adenosine content of Banlangen granule, which varied greatly from different samples. The method, accurate and reproducible, was suitable for the quality assessment of Banlangen granule.
