玻璃酸钠联合普拉洛芬对苯扎氯铵诱导新西兰兔干眼的改善作用Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Pranoprofen on The Dry Eye in New Zealand Rabbits Induced by Topical Medication of Benzalkonium Chloride

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察玻璃酸钠联合普拉洛芬对苯扎氯铵诱导新西兰兔干眼的治疗作用。方法使用0.25%苯扎氯铵滴眼液复制新西兰兔干眼模型,选择75只制作成功的动物模型随机分为3组。A组为空白对照组,不做任何处理;B组为单纯玻璃酸钠组,给予0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液,每天4次;C组为玻璃酸钠联合普拉洛芬组,给予0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液+普拉洛芬滴眼液,每天4次。观察D0、D3、D7、D14时的角膜荧光染色评分、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌等指标并进行统计分析。结果干预前各组间荧光染色评分、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;干预后第7天及第14天,B组及C组各项观察指标均优于A组(P<0.05);C组较B组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合普拉洛芬可以有效改善苯扎氯铵导致的新西兰兔的干眼症状。
To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with Pranoprofen on the dry eye in New Zealand rabbits induced by topical medication of Benzalkonium Chloride. METHODS New Zealand rabbits were treated with 0. 25%benzalkonium chloride to establish dry eye model. Seventy-five New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: A group was control group without any treatment; B group were treated with 0.1% Sodium Hyaluronate eye drops; C group were treated with 0.1%Sodium Hyaluronate eye drops combined with Pranoprofen eye drops,four times per day. Corneal fluorescein staining scores,tear break up time and tear secretion were evaluated in each group on D0,D3,D7 and D14. RESULTS At baseline the difference between each group of corneal fluorescein staining scores,tear break up time and tear secretion was not statistically significant( P>0.05). On D7 and D14,in B group and C group,all the indexes were better than those in group A( P< 0.05). In addition,the indexes in C group were better than those in B group( P<0.05). CONCLUSION The sodium hyaluronate combined with pranoprofen can effectively improve dry eye induced by topical medication of Benzalkonium Chloride.
