摘要(Abstract):
目的 提高化瘀生新合剂的质量标准,以更好控制制剂质量。方法 采用薄层色谱法对化瘀生新合剂中的黄芪甲苷进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定化瘀生新合剂中苦杏仁苷的含量,色谱柱:Supersil C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(20∶80,V/V),检测波长为210 nm,流速为1 mL·min(-1),柱温为30℃。结果 薄层色谱鉴别对应斑点清晰、无干扰;苦杏仁苷在0.17~3.32μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.77%,RSD为2.48%。结论 本方法准确可靠,重复性,稳定性良好,操作方便,可用于化瘀生新合剂的质量控制。

The high performance liquid chromatography method was used to determine the content of amygdalin which was acquired with Supersil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min(-1),柱温为30℃。结果 薄层色谱鉴别对应斑点清晰、无干扰;苦杏仁苷在0.17~3.32μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.77%,RSD为2.48%。结论 本方法准确可靠,重复性,稳定性良好,操作方便,可用于化瘀生新合剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To improve the quality standard of Huayu Shengxin mixture to control the quality of preparation. METHODS Asragaloside IV of Huayu Shengxin mixturethe was qualitaively identified by the thin layer chromatography. The high performance liquid chromatography method was used to determine the content of amygdalin which was acquired with Supersil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min(-1) with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(20∶80,V/V), The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The thin layer chromatography chromatographic of astragaloside IV had specificity, clear spot without interference. The injection volume and peak area of amygdalin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.17-3.32 μg(r=0.999 9). And the average recovery rate was 100.77%,RSD value was 2.48%. CONCLUSION The methods are accurate, reliable, repeatable, stable, easy to operate, which can be used for the quality control of Huayu Shengxin mixture.
