摘要(Abstract)：

目的采用高效液相色谱法建立众生胶囊有效成分黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法以Phenomenex Synergi C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水-磷酸(47︰53︰0.2)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在进样量10.11～101.1μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.8%。结论本方法简单,快速、重现性好,可用于众生胶囊质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Zhongsheng capsule. Methods The Phenomenex Synergi C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47︰53︰0.2) with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The method was linear within the range of 10.11～101.1 μg/ml, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 99.0%, and RSD was 0.8%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with a good repeatability, and it can be used for the quality control of Zhongsheng capsule.
