摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定芒果止咳片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。方法高效液相色谱法,DiamonsilTM-C18(4.6mm×150mm×0.5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液-磷酸(60∶40∶0.1)为流动相,检测波长为210nm。结果马来酸氯苯那敏的线性范围为8～40μg/ml(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.2%(n=6),相对标准差(RSD)为0.52%。结论该方法快速、方便,分离度好,其他成分无干扰,适合用于复方制剂中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of Chlorphenamine Maleate in Mangguo Zhike tablets. Methods The C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm×0.5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile∶0.5% sodium laurylsulfate︰phosphoric acid (60∶40∶0.1) as a by RP-HPLC,and the detective wavelength was at 210 nm. Results Chlorphenamine Maleate maleate showed good linear ship in the range of 8~40 μg (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.2% (n=6),RSD=0.52%. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and suitable for the determination of Chlorphenamine Maleate in Mangguo Zhike tablets.
