摘要(Abstract)：

目的通过对广州地区某社区部分居民安全用药常识及慢性病患者药物治疗情况进行问卷调查及分析,了解社区居民安全用药现状,为医院药师进一步参与社区药学服务的模式探讨及其效果评价提供依据。方法查阅大量文献资料,设计问卷,深入社区调查,用Excel表对相关数据资料进行统计分析。结果受访居民对医院药师参与社区药学服务的态度是积极的,大部分受访者对安全用药常识的了解是片面的,特别是慢性病患者需要更加专业的用药指导。目前社区药学人员的专业知识和技能都较为薄弱。结论医院药师介入社区药学服务,将对提高社区居民药物治疗的合理性、社区药学人员服务质量的提高等方面发挥重要作用。
Objective By conduct ing questionnaire and analysis about safe medication use knowledge of partial residents and conditions of patients with chronic diseases in certain community of Guangzhou city, to understand the current safe medication status of residents, and to provide a basis for the mode study and effect evaluation of hospital pharmacists participating in community pharmacy services. Methods Vast references were referred to design the questionnaire; the status of safe medication use in the community was investigated; the Excel table was used to do statistical analysis for the relevant data. Results Attitude of respondents for the hospital pharmacists participating in community pharmacy services is positive. The safe medication use knowledge of majority of respondents is one-sided; especially patients with chronic diseases need more professional medication guidance. At present the expertise and skills of the community pharmacy staffs are relatively weak. Conclusion It is of great significance for increasing medication rationality of community residents and serving capability of community pharmacy staffs, if hospital pharmacists participate in community pharmacy services.
