摘要(Abstract):
黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的长期暴露是肝癌发生的主要危险因素之一,研究发现它可能通过影响ras、c-fos、P53、Survivin等基因的表达而引起肝癌的发生,此外,它还与其它肝癌的高危因素,如乙肝病毒(HBV)的慢性感染等协同作用而促进肝癌的发生和发展。HBx基因的整合及AFB1的攻击可能通过影响DNA修复系统、药物代谢酶系统及细胞色素P450(CYP)代谢酶基因的异常表达导致肝癌的发生。植物化学物,如叶绿酸、茶多酚、茶色素、姜黄素、黄酮类化合物等或/和其含量较高的食物在预防肝癌发生和发展中起重要的作用。本文对AFB1致肝癌的机制及植物化学物防治作用的研究进展作一综述。
Long-term exposure to Aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1) is one of major risk factors in hepatocarcinogenesis.Some researches suggested that AFB_1 may induce hepatocarcinogenesis by influencing some genes expression,including ras,c-fos,P53 and Survivin.The synergistic interaction of AFB_1 and HBV promotes hepatocarcinogenesis.The integration of HBx gene and the attack of AFB_1 may induce hepatoma by influencing the system of DNA repair,the system of drug-metabolizing enzymes and the expression of cytochrome P450(CYP) genes.Phytochemicals,such as chlorophyllin,tea polyphenols,tea-pigment,curcumine,flavonoids and the foods rich in these phytochemicals can play important roles in prevention of hepatocarcinogenesis.This review is concentrating on the mechanism of hepatocarcinogenesis and the preventive effects of phytochemicals.
