摘要(Abstract):
目的 :从板蓝根中提取多糖 ,并测定其含量。方法 :用水提醇沉法提取板蓝根多糖 ,用酚 -硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果 :测得板蓝根中多糖含量 0 .80 99% ,平均回收率为 98.74 % ,RSD =1.86% (n =5 )。结论 :板蓝根多糖含量不是很高 ,提取方法有待进一步改进
Objective:The extraction and content determinations polysaccharides of Indigowoad Root. Methods:Polysaccharides of Indigowoad Root were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation,content determinations with phenol vitriolic colorimetry.Results:The polysacharides content of Indigowoad Root is 0.8099%,recovery rate is 98.74%.Conclusion:The polysaccharides content of Indigowoad Root isn't higher,The extraction of method must be improved.
