P-gp抑制剂对辣椒素经肠黏膜转运的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究P-糖蛋白(P-gp)抑制剂维拉帕米对辣椒素经肠黏膜转运时的影响。方法通过体外扩散池的方法,分别用空肠,回肠和结肠黏膜研究辣椒素在吸收和分泌2个方向的透过情况。结果 P-gp抑制剂维拉帕米对辣椒素经肠黏膜吸收和分泌方向的透过没有影响,并保持着结肠特异性透过的性质。结论本实验通过体外透过证明辣椒素不是P-gp的底物,并且在维拉帕米的存在下,辣椒素仍然具有结肠特异性透过,说明P-gp对于辣椒素的肠道区段性透过影响不大。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of P-gp inhibitor on the transport of capsaicin across intestine mucosa. METHODS The transport of capsaicin across jejunum,ileum and colon in rats on 2 directions were investigated by Ussing-chamber system.RESULTS There were no effect on the M-S and S-M transport of capsaicin in each intestinal region. The permeability of capsaicin across colon was still significantly higher than that across jejunum or ileum. CONCLUSION The study demonstrated that capsaicin was not the substrate of P-gp by in vitro. There was also a regional difference in the permeability of capsaicin,which demonstrated that the P-gp protein did not affect the transport characteristic of capsaicin.
