摘要(Abstract):
目的 :检测表皮生长因子 (mEGF)在口腔局部用药制剂中活性和热稳定性。方法 :采用四甲基偶氮唑盐微量酶反应比色法。结果 :mEGF在对不同温度活性比较中作t检验 ,各组间无统计学差异。结论 :表皮生长因子是一种高度生物活性多肽物质 ,因结构紧密 ,对热比较稳定 ,是所有细胞生长因子中唯一能耐受热的一种生物活性蛋白质 ,在加入朵贝氏溶液中无抑制活性作用
Objective:To detect mEGF activity and heat stability of mouse epidermal growth factor in mouth rinsing.Method:MTT was used to detect the stability of mEGF in difference temperature at Dobell's solution.Result:There is no statistic difference among the stability of mEGF in difference temperature.Conclusion:The activity of mEGF in Dobell's solution is not inhibited.
