细胞毒药物配置区域内空气污染监测方法的建立

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立一种有效可行的方法,用以监测细胞毒药物配置室中逸散药物的浓度。方法以氟脲嘧啶注射液为代表,在工作不同时段以盐酸溶液为吸收液采集空气样本,用紫外分光光度法对样本进行定性定量分析。结果所采集的空气样本检测出不同浓度氟脲嘧啶:包括工作时(18.8168mg/m3±10.0275mg/m3),工作完成2h后(0.1880mg/m3±0.0638mg/m3)。结论本实验建立了采集细胞毒药物配置室内污染空气的方法,以及用紫外分光光度法对采集样本进行定性定量分析的方法,能直接反映氟脲嘧啶的逸散程度。
Objective To establish a method for monitoring cytotoxic drugs released into the air in the disposition district of cytotoxic drugs.Methods Fluorouracil injection was used as a model compound.The air-samples were absorbed by hydrochloric acid solution and collected in different work periods and areas.And the ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to analyze the samples.Results Trace amount of fluorouracil were detected in different air samples.Based on our studies,the concentration of fluorouracil during working,2 h after work was 18.8168±10.0275 mg /m3,and 0.1880±0.0638 mg /m3,respectively.Conclusion This experiment establishes a method for the collection of air pollution in the disposition district of cytotoxic drugs,and the ultraviolet spectrophotometer is used to analyze samples,allowing the routine monitoring dissipation level of fluorouracil in the disposition district of cytotoxic drugs.
