注射用穿琥宁与4种抗生素配伍的稳定性考察The observation on the stability of compatibility of kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection with four antibiotics

摘要(Abstract):
目的 :研究注射用穿琥宁与 4种抗生素配伍的稳定性。方法 :考察穿琥宁与 4种抗生素在 2 5℃和37℃两种温度条件下 6h内配伍后外观、pH值、微粒数和紫外吸收度。结果 :在上述条件下 ,注射用穿琥宁与头孢唑林钠、头孢拉定、舒巴坦 /头孢哌酮、阿洛西林钠的配伍液外观、pH值、微粒数、紫外吸收度均无明显变化。结论 :2 5℃及 37℃条件下 6h内 ,注射用穿琥宁可与头孢唑林钠、头孢拉定、舒巴坦 /头孢哌酮、阿洛西林钠配伍使用
Objective:To investigated the stability of compatibility of kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection with four antibiotics.Methods:At 25℃and 37℃ the solutions mixed kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection with four antibiotics in the aspect ,pH value,particulate counter for injection,UV absorbency and displace of peak were observed within 6 hrs.Results:The solutions mixed kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection between cefazolin sodium or cefradine or sulbactam sodium/cefoperazone sodium and azlocilline sodium were not significantly changed in the above studied indicatrix.Conclusions:The results suggest that kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection can mix with cefazolin sodium or cefradine or sulbactam sodium/cefoperazone sodium and azlocilline sodium,and the solutions are unchangeable in above conditions.
