摘要(Abstract):
目的 探讨4种抗菌药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法 将254例非淋菌性尿道炎及宫颈炎患者随机分成4组,分别给予希舒美(A组)、尤尼克(B组)、罗红霉素(C组)、左氧氟沙星(D组)治疗,运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果 4种方案的成本依次为66.40、38.00、39.90、95.20元,治愈率分别为88.06%、82.81%、73.02%、78.33%。结论 B方案为最佳治疗方案。
Objective To discuss the economical effects of different antibacterial agents on the treatment of same illness. Methods 254 cases of nongonococal urethritis and cervicitis were randomly divided into four groups, Zithromax ( azithromycin) was given to the first group,Younike(azithromycin) to the second group, Roxithromycin to three group and Levofloxacine to the last, data was evalucated using the pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis. Results The costs of four schemes were RMB 66. 40 yuans,38. 00 yuans, 39.90 yuans,and 95.20 yuans and the cure rate were 88.06% ,82.81% ,73.02% ,78.33% ,respectively. Conclusion According to the evaluation with pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis,B is the best scheme.
