摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立十味益脾颗粒含量测定方法。方法采用薄层扫描法测定颗粒剂中熊果酸含量。结果熊果酸点样量在0.66~3.30μg范围内线性关系良好。同板精密度为1.3%异板精密度为2.6%。平均回收率为96.5%(RSD为1.6%)。结论方法简便可靠,可用于十味益脾颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a assay method of urosolicoid in Shiweiyipi granule. Method The content of ursolicocid in the granule was determinated. Result The point samples of ursolicocid had a good linear relationship the range of 0.66～3.30 g. The precision in the same board was 1.3%, and the precision between different boards was 2.6%. The average recovery rate was 96.5% (RSD was 1.6%). Conclusion This method is simple, convenient, and credible for the quality control of shiweiyipi granule. It can be used to control the quality of Shiweiyipi granule.
