摘要(Abstract)：
目的 研究大剂量丝裂霉素C膀胱内灌注预防浅表膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法 选择浅表膀胱癌术后患者 78例 ,术后用丝裂霉素C 40mg加生理盐水 40ml稀释后灌注膀胱 ,保留 2h以上。TURBt术后 4d ,单纯肿瘤切除及膀胱部分切除术后 7d开始行膀胱系统灌注治疗。灌注时间安排 :前 8w每w1次 (8次 ) ,第 9～ 2 4w每 2w1次 (8次 ) ,以后每月 1次 ,连续 6m(6次 ) ,全疗程共灌注 2 2次。结果 4例于 2年内、1 0例于 3年内复发 ,3年内复发率为 1 7.9%。结论 浅表膀胱癌术后辅以大剂量丝裂霉素C灌注膀胱是提高疗效的重要措施
Objective To study the effectiveness of bladder filling with MMC in preventing recurence of superficial carcinoma of the bladder .Methods 78 cases of superficial carcinoma of bladder was treated with bladder filling with MMC following surgical treatment. 40mg of MMC together with 40ml of normal saline was pouring into the bladder for two hours. It was given altogether 22 times for every cases: one time per week at the first 8 weeks,one time per two weeks in the following 16 weeks,and then one time per month in the following 6 months.Results In 4 cases the tumor recured in 2 years after the treatment,and 10 cases,in 3 years. The three year recurrence rate was 17.9%.Conclusion Filling the bladder with MMC following surgical treatment is an important measure in improving the effectiveness of clinical treatment for superficial carcinoma of bladder.
