基于AHP-信息熵综合加权法的参芪消渴丸提取工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的优选参芪消渴丸提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以固形物含量、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量、总多糖含量及总皂苷含量为指标,结合AHP-EWM综合加权法确定各指标权重,对提取工艺关键参数进行优选。结果以AHP-EWM综合加权法确定的权重系数进行综合评价,其优化的提取工艺为:煎煮3次,每次加水8倍,煎煮1 h。结论 AHP-EWM综合加权法较单一赋权法更加科学、合理、全面,可为实现中药提取的多目标优化提供借鉴。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Shenqixiaoke pills. METHODS The content of solids,stamens isoflavone glucosides,total polysaccharides and total saponins were determined by orthogonal test,combined with AHP-EWM comprehensive weighting method to determine the weight of each index,and the key parameters of the extraction process were optimized.RESULTS According to the weight coefficient determined by AHP-EWM comprehensive weighting method,the optimized extraction process were as follows: decocting 3 times,adding 8 times of water each time,and decocting for 1 hour. CONCLUSION AHP-EWM comprehensive weighting method is more scientific,reasonable and comprehensive than single weighting method,and can provide reference for multi-objective optimization of traditional Chinese medicine extraction.
