摘要(Abstract)：
目的 测定固脾通鼻片中黄芪甲苷含量。方法 0 2 %羧甲基纤维素钠作粘合剂的硅胶G薄层板 ;以氯仿 -甲醇 -水(40∶ 1 3∶ 1 )溶液为展开剂 ;λs =51 0nm ,λR=690nm。结果 线性范围 0 .2 66～ 2 .1 2 8μg(r =0 .996) ,平均加样回收率为95 6 % ;RSD =2 .64 % (n =5)。结论 本法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可用于质量控制。
Objective developing a method to determine the content of astragaloside IV in Gupitongbi tablets. Methods Silica G in 0.2% CMC Na was used as the solid phase and developed with chloroform methanol water (40 ∶ 13 ∶ 1)λs=510nm,λ R=690nm. Results The range of linearity was 0.266～2.128μg( r =0.996),and the mean recovery was 95.6 %,with RSD of 2.64%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reliable and can be used in quality control.
