摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察鸸鹋油对实验性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法建立小鼠溃疡模型,判断鸸鹋油对急性胃黏膜损伤的抑制作用;建立大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型,观察鸸鹋油对慢性胃溃疡的保护作用。结果(1)鸸鹋油(1ml/kg、0.5ml/kg)明显抑制利血平、无水乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤(P<0.05);鸸鹋油(0.25ml/kg)对胃黏膜损伤未显示明显的保护作用(P>0.05);(2)鸸鹋油(0.7ml/kg)明显促进酸性胃溃疡大鼠胃溃疡面愈合(P<0.05);鸸鹋油(0.35ml/kg、0.175ml/kg)未明显减少溃疡面积(P>0.05)。结论鸸鹋油对实验性胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Emu Oil on experimental gastric mucosal lesion.Methods The 2 models of gastric mucosal lesion in mice were induced,and the effect of Emu Oil on gastric mucosal lesion was observed.The experimental chronic gastric ulcer in rats was established,and the effect of Emu Oil on chronic gastric ulcer was observed.Results (1) In the acute gastric ulcer model group,obvious protective effect was observed in the emu oil high dosage group (1 ml /kg,P<0.05),the middle dosage group (0.5 ml /kg,P<0.05),but not in the low dosage group (0.25 ml /kg,P>0.05);(2) The emu oil (0.7 ml/kg,P<0.05) could obvious promote the healing of the gastric ulcer lesion,while the middle dosage group (0.35 ml /kg) and the low dosage group (0.175 ml /kg,P>0.05) could not reduce the area of the ulcer lesion.Conclusion Emu oil has protective effect on experimental gastric mucosal lesion.
