中等剂量青霉素治疗COPD社区感染的前瞻性研究Study for the treatment of the chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases with moderate-dose penicillin

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :评价中等剂量青霉素 (PG)治疗慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)社区感染的疗效及反复使用抗生素对PG疗效的实际影响。方法 :选择COPD社区感染患者 10 2例 ,分为治疗前较少使用和反复使用抗生素的甲、乙两组。均予以中等剂量PG静脉滴注 ,3天内观察总疗效及两组疗效的对比。结果 :本组总有效率 76 4 % ,甲组有效率 85% ,乙组有效率 34 3% (P <0 0 5)。结论 :中等剂量PG治疗多数COPD社区感染患者是有效的 ,但反复无指症使用抗生素会明显降低疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the value of treating the chronic obstructive pulmonary diseses with moderate dose penicillin,and the influence of overusing antibiotic previously for curative effect of penicillin Method:102 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into two groups,the first group with seldom using antibiotic before,and the contrary to the second group All of them were treated with moderate dose penicillin intravenously,and three days after the curative effect were observed Results:The general validity was 76 4%,85% for the first group,the second group 34 3% Conclusion:It's effective for treating the chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases with moderate dose penicillin And overusing antibiotic would impair the effection of penicillin
