摘要(Abstract):

目的优化猫爪草微丸的制备工艺。方法采用Box-Behnken效应面法,考察挤出速率、滚圆速率和滚圆时间对收率和圆整度所得归一化值(OD)的影响,确定最佳制备工艺。结果猫爪草微丸的最佳工艺参数:挤出速率16.70 r·min~(-1),滚圆速率806.83 r·min~(-1),滚圆时间4.10 min。该工艺下,预测值和测定值差异无统计学意义,模型拟合程度较高。结论优选的制备工艺稳定、可行,可用于猫爪草微丸的制备。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation of Radix Ranunculi Ternati pellets. METHODS The influential factors were extrusion speed,spheronization speed,and spheronization time. The dependent variable was overall desirability with yield and sphericity. RESULTS The optimum conditions of preparation were extrusion speed 16. 70 r·min~(-1),spheronization speed806.83 r·min~(-1)and spheronization time 4. 10 min. There was no apparent difference between the observed and predictive responses.CONCLUSION The optimized preparation technology is stable and feasible for Radix Ranunculi Ternati pellets.
