胰岛素联合黄芪注射液局部治疗糖尿病足疗效观察A primary study on the diabetic feet treatment by hydropathic compress with insulin and astrogalin

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 提高糖尿病人生活质量,减少和治疗糖尿病足。方法 将143例糖尿病足病人随机分成治疗组68例和对照组75例,并进行对比。治疗组用胰岛素加黄芪注射液局部湿敷;对照组用自制褥疮粉干包。结果 治疗组痊愈率明显优于对照组,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 胰岛素加黄芪注射液局部湿敷能有效治疗糖尿病足。
Objective To decrease and treat the diabetic feet (DF) so as to increase the life quality of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 143 patients with DF were randomly divided into groups,the treatment group was 68 patients and the contrast group was 75 patients. The treatment group was used with hydropathic compress of insulin and astrogatin, the contrast group was used with decubital ulcer powder. Results The treatment group has more significant efficacy than contrast group,there are statistically differential between two groups( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The hydropathic compress with insulin and astrogalin is a considerable therapy for DF.
