中药饮片包装存在的问题与管理措施Problems Existing in Packaging of Prepared Slices of Chinese Crude Drugs and Its Management Measures

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨中药饮片包装存在的问题与管理措施。方法在GSP认证内审过程中检查库存的157种中药饮片的包装,依据相关法规评价饮片包装质量。结果中药饮片包装尚存在包装材料不适合饮片性质,饮片标签标示项目不全、标签与合格证合二为一、饮片炮制标准标示不清、饮片名称与药材名混淆、饮片品质规格与装量规格标示不统一等问题。结论必须加强中药饮片包装材料与饮片标签规范化管理,保证存储中药饮片的质量与临床用药安全。
OBJECTIVE To probe into the problems existing in the packaging of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs and its management measures. METHODS The packaging of 157 kinds of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs storaged in storeroom were checked at internal audit process of GSP certification,and the quality for the packaging of prepared slices was evaluated according to relevant laws and regulations. RESULTS The problems existing in the packaging of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs were packing material being not suitable for the nature of prepared slices,the tag marks items of prepared slices being not complete,the tag and certificate being united as one,the indication of processing procedures being not clear,the prepared slices name being confused with Chinese crude drugs name,the indication of specification for the quality and the load being not unified,and so on. CONCLUSION In order to ensure the quality of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs and the safety of clinical medication,the standardized management of the packaging materials and the tag of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs of prepared slices must be strengthened.
