摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定连蒲双清片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以0.03mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为350nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0ml/min。结果盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.1208～1.510μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.5%(n=6),相对标准差(RSD)为0.49%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Lianpu Shuangqing tablets by HPLC.Methods Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was 0.03 mol /L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile (60∶40).The UV detection wavelength was 350 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml /min with the column temperature 30℃. Results The linear range of the berberine hydrochloride was 0.1208~1.510 μg (r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.50%,and RSD was 0.49% (n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Lianpu Shuangqing tablets.
