富硒青钱柳-黄精复方对糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢和肝肾功能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究富硒青钱柳-黄精复方对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢和肝、肾功能的影响。方法采用高脂饮食加腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立大鼠糖尿病模型,将实验动物分组灌胃,连续给药42 d。末次给药后检测各组大鼠口服葡萄糖糖耐量、糖化血红蛋白含量(GHb)、血清胰岛素(FINS)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CR)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)等指标。结果适宜剂量的富硒青钱柳-黄精复方能显著提高Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠口服葡萄糖耐量,显著降低GHb、LDL-C、TC、TG、CR、BUN、ALT及AST水平,并能显著提高FINS和HDL-C水平。结论富硒青钱柳-黄精复方对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠具有显著降血糖及降血脂功效,且改善糖尿病大鼠肝、肾功能损伤。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of the selenium-enriched Cyclocarya Paliurus and Polygonatum Sibiricum compound on glucose, lipid metabolism, liver and kidney function in type Ⅱ diabetic rats. METHODS High-fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin were used to establish a rat diabetes model.The experimental group of rats were gavage by selenium-enriched Cyclocarya Paliurus and Polygonatum Sibiricum compound for 42 day continuously.After the last administration, the oral glucose tolerance, glycosylated hemoglobin content(GHb), serum insulin(FINS), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), total cholesterol(TC), Triglyceride(TG), urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine(CR), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were tested. RESULTS The results showed that after 42 days of continuous administration, appropriate dose of selenium-enriched Cyclocarya Paliurus and Polygonatum Sibiricum compound could significantly improve the oral glucose tolerance of type Ⅱ diabetic rats, and significantly reduce GHb, LDL-C, TC, TG, CR, BUN, ALT and AST level, and could significantly increase the level of FINS and HDL-C. CONCLUSION It shows that the selenium-enriched Cyclocarya Paliurus and Polygonatum Sibiricum compound have obvious effects of lowering blood sugar and blood lipids on type Ⅱ diabetic rats, and can reduce the liver and kidney function damage in diabetic rats.
