银翘散浓缩袋泡剂抗炎 解热 镇痛 抗菌和抗病毒作用

摘要(Abstract):

目的 研究银翘散浓缩袋泡剂、银翘散蜜丸和汤剂的药理作用。方法 以二甲苯致急性炎症和毛细血管通透性增加模型、甲醛致急性和亚急性炎症模型、琼脂肉芽肿增殖性炎症模型、2 ,4-二硝基氟苯 (DNFB)致迟发型超敏反应 (DTH)模型、干酵母致热模型、醋酸性疼痛模型 ,以及抑菌、抑病毒试验 ,验证和比较银翘散不同剂型的药效学效应。结果 银翘散浓缩袋泡剂的高、低两个剂量组 ,均显示出 :抗急性和增殖性炎症、抑制毛细血管通透性、解热、镇痛等有一定量 -效关系的药理效应 ,作用强度略优于重量相近的参比药 -银翘解毒丸 ,但多不及印证实验和比较作用强度的西药阳性对照 (萘丁美酮和双氯芬酸 ) ;对DTH则未见明显影响 ,结果与银翘丸作用基本一致 ,但不同于地塞米松的抑制作用 ;银翘散浓缩袋泡剂和煎剂两种剂型 ,对8种细菌均显示不同程度的抑菌作用 ;对流感、登革热、合疱和单疱等病毒 ,均呈不同浓度的抑制作用。半数致死量 (LD50 )为(72 .3 6± 11.3 8)g kg,95 %置信限 :61.98~ 83 .74g kg。结论 银翘散浓缩袋泡剂既保留了原剂型的毒理学、药效学效应 ;在制剂学方面 ,又突出了简单、省钱、省时和便于携带、服食等优点 ,因而是该方剂的较理想剂型
Objective To investigate pharmacological effects of Yinqiaosan concentrated tea bag and pill or decoction.Methods To observe the effects of Yinqiaosan concentrated tea bag and pill or decoction on the animal models that dimethylbenzene induced acute inflammatory swelling ears and capillary vessel increased permeability, formaldehyde induced acute and subacute inflammatory swelling paws, agar induced granulation tissue proliferous inflammation, 2,4 dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) induced delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH), yeast induced pyrexia, intraperitonealy injected acetic acid induced aching response, inhibiting tests of bacteria and virus in vitro and the experiment of acute toxicity were studied.Results The pharmacological effects of Yinqiaosan concentrated tea bag and pill or decoction were shown that the different varieties of acute, subacute and proliferous inflammation were inhibited, yeast induced pyrexia was controlled, threshold of pain was increased; in above mentioned pharmacological results the dose effect relationships between the higher dose and low dose were observed, the concentrated tea bag was more powerful than the pill, but not as power as diclofenac or nabumetone, and was differ from the dexamethasone in inhibiting DTH; the activities of bacteriostasis and antivirus in vitro were shown, half lethal dose ( LD 50 , Bliss's method of weighted regressive analysis )=(72.36±11.38)g/kg and 95% dependable limit: 61.98~83.74g/kg were determined.Conclusions The acute toxicity and pharmacological activities that anti inflammation,defervescence, acesodyne, bacteriostasis and antivirus have been studied are similar to the traditional usual pill or decoction, especially it possesses excellences for simple, saving money, saving time, expediently to be taken in pharmacy and use. Therefore, the concentrated tea bag is a more perfect form of prepared drugs for Yinqiaosan.
