摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立祛痘灵乳膏的质量控制标准。方法应用TLC鉴别松籽油,采用UV对该乳膏中的替硝唑进行定量分析。结果TLC鉴定松籽油,薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;采用UV定量替硝唑,线性范围5.65~28.25μg.m l-1,回收率100.34%,RSD为1.43%。结论本试验采用的方法,可用作该制剂的质量控制,方法可行。
Objective To make the quanlity control of Qudouling Gream.Method The TLC method was used to identify Songziyou.Using the method of UV for the determination of Tixiaozuo.Result The TLC spots develooed was fairly clear,and the blank showed no interference.The content of Tixiaozuo was determined in the prescription by UV.The methods showed a good linearty between 5.65~28.25 μg·ml~(-1) with an average recover of 100.34%.RSD was 1.42%.Conclusion This method may be used to control quality of Qudouling Gream and easy to operte.It is dependable simple and practical.
